is still not mine.
Chapter 2: Summer Assignment
After the school called our parents, Tyler’s mom brought him a new
outfit, and I washed out my mouth, we finally headed to the
principal’s office. I really hoped we weren’t getting summer health
projects. I’d had enough of Wilson.
The principal sat us all down in chairs in front of his desk. While
Tyler and Justin looked as nervous as I felt, Duncan looked like he
got sent to the principal’s office on a regular basis… which, come
to think of it, he probably did.
Mrs. Wilson has kindly informed me that the four of you were
causing trouble in her class, said the principal.
Justin started it, whined Tyler. He sounded like Lindsay, my
neighbor who used to think I was her boyfriend in grades 5 and 6 and
now thinks I’m her best friend.
